You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return or replacement. Mark your calendar — we'll help you track it.
⏳ 1. when can you return or replace?
desi flexibility
- Wrong product shipped – ordered Vitamin C serum, got face wash? We'll replace it immediately.
- Damaged or leaked – broken bottle or tampered seal? Send a photo and we'll dispatch a fresh one.
- Product changed – formula or packaging different from what you expected (even "new and improved") — you can return it.
- Simply changed your mind – unused, original box? we accept it, no questions.
🎁 2. new look, same love?
We sometimes update our packaging to make it prettier. If you receive a product that looks different from the website picture:
✅ You can return it within 7 days if you don't like the new look. Just email us and we'll arrange an exchange.
📦 3. steps to return or replace
- Email us at gt@gloortales.com within 7 days of delivery — include your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We'll reply within a few hours (usually same day) with instructions.
- For COD orders, our rider will pick up the product when delivering the new one, or we'll guide you for courier return (you cover the cost).

Replacement
We'll send the correct item via our delivery partner, and they'll pick up the wrong/damaged item at the same time – no extra payment.

Refund
For COD orders, we don't offer cash refunds — only replacements or store credit (if you prefer). But we'll always find a solution.
🧴 5. a few hygiene exceptions
- Products that have been used (more than just opening to check).
- Items without original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (but we'll always tell you before you buy).
